How much is Postage?
All items are shipped with tracking via Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland.
Postage will be calculated at checkout.

Do You Accept Returns?
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to process returns for change of mind. If any of your purchased products arrive with defects or are damaged during transit, kindly reach out to us at hello@julsi.com.au within 7 days of your purchase.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Everything featured on our website is pre-made, which means you won't experience any delays in receiving your order.
Our goal is to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 1 business day. Nevertheless, during peak times, please allow up to 3 business days to process, pack, and send out your order.
Is it possible to make an online purchase and then collect it in person?
If you're keen to purchase an online item without incurring shipping costs, we provide the option for local pickup from our weekly market that we attend.
